Other Half Brewing
Other Half is a leading craft beer company with eight locations across the Northeast, including its flagship brewery in Brooklyn, NY. While primarily known for brewing IPAs, Other Half also produces lagers, stouts, and experimental styles such as Oatcream IPAs and Pastry Stouts. The brewery develops over 1,000 beer brands annually, each meticulously planned by the head brewers. The design team oversees label design and production, ensuring that all files are print-ready and that digital assets are prepared for marketing, social media, sales communications, and e-commerce.

Beer Label Design
I had the opportunity to design and refine beer labels for Other Half, incorporating both new concepts and updates to existing designs. Our labels are printed on metallic paper, allowing us to blend matte and metallic elements for a dynamic finish.
One of my key responsibilities was strengthening the brand identity, with a focus on maintaining bold, vibrant colors across the label designs. An exception to this is the Triple Dry Hopped series, which always features a white background to distinguish it from the Double Dry Hopped beers. Additionally, some labels reference specific inspirations, such as the Domino Park 4th Anniversary labels, which were styled after the iconic Domino Sugar packaging.

As the sole designer in an increasingly digital-focused role, I handled all campaign and event assets. For the 11th Anniversary Party and its two lead-up beer weeks, I created animated teasers, collaborator visuals, merchandise designs, and marketing materials.

February 2025To boost winter sales and navigate Dry January, we ran a three-week campaign—Amped! Week, Collab Week, and 11th Anniversary Week—blending product launches, social engagement, and a finale event.
Amped! Week set the tone with an supercharged theme and a bold yellow carried through all three weeks. The challenge was keeping momentum while tying everything together. By collaborating with breweries, building templates for outside content, and creating eye-catching visuals, merch, and event materials, we kept people excited, increased taproom traffic, and built hype around our seasonal beers

Green City Festival 2024
The concept for this year’s Green City beer festival was to celebrate all the cities Other Half calls home. We collaborated with an illustrator to create a Broccoli World set in each location. My role was to design all printed and digital materials for the event, as well as promotional assets leading up to it.
To ensure brand consistency, I integrated branded elements and typography into the provided illustrations. This included weaving broccoli characters into the text and strategically placing standing text within the artwork to create a cohesive visual experience. Inspired by Where’s Waldo, we also engaged with our audience by hiding an original Broccoli character in the taprooms. Customers were encouraged to find it, adding an interactive element to the festival experience.







Stout Season Festival 2024
Stout Season is an annual winter beer festival celebrating our stout offerings, primarily pastry stouts. We invite breweries and collaborators to showcase their best stouts, making it a highly anticipated event. My role is to build upon existing assets to develop a cohesive visual identity, applied across environmental design and digital marketing strategies.
The festival's concept is inspired by Snowbirds, the name of our recurring stout series. It also nods to Florida’s retiree culture, which naturally led us to adopt flamingos as the event's mascot. The flamingo theme evolves each year—in 2023, they were set against a snowy mountain backdrop, dressed in scarves and hats. In 2024, we took a more pop art approach, giving the campaign a bold, graphic feel.












10th Anniversary
To celebrate this major milestone for the brewery, we re-released all the past anniversary beers over the course of 10 weeks leading up to the big event.
In the 10th week, we unveiled a lineup of fresh anniversary beers created specifically for the occasion. This final release was treated as a full-scale festival, featuring a ticketed event where collaborators joined us to pour their beers.






Merch
I design merch for Other Half, available both online and in taprooms. This includes apparel, stickers, and other items for events as well as evergreen collections.
